I require all appointments to be confirmed with a credit card number. Failure to confirm your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled. If you do not have a credit card to add to your file, I will require a $20 e-transfer deposit. This deposit will be put towards your service at time of payment. The automated reminder text and email is a no reply number. I will not receive any of those messages you send to it, please use one of the contact methods below to reach me.
Please try your best to provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your card will be charged automatically by my booking software if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show up to your appointment. The cancellation fee is 50% of your missed service, and the no show fee is 100% of your missed service.
Please allow yourself enough time to arrive to your scheduled appointments on time. If you think you may be a 5 minutes late, please call to let me know. I can only accommodate late appointments up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I will not be able to complete your service. Your appointment will be changed to a no show and your card will be charged the no show fee.
Please park you car in one of the designated gravel spots beside our driveway. Please do not park on the street unless the gravel spots are taken.
I do not offer refunds on services or missed services. If you are unhappy with any service I have provided, please let me know within 3 days after your appointment. I will happily provide a complimentary correction service for you within one week.
